Chandler Parsons is recovering from knee surgery, which takes time to heal and regain game shape. Wesley Matthews also underwent Achilles surgery, a procedure that raises concerns about his long-term durability.
In summary, the Mavericks’ roster is burdened with an excess of point guards, a lack of talent in the paint, and a reliance on jump shooters. My prediction for the team is a 32-33 win season, marked by frustration and potential conflicts involving the passionate owner, Marc Cuban. I anticipate a record of 33-49, with numerous challenges along the way.
