The Golden State Warriors led by their MVP, Stephen Curry, held off Lebron James by tightening the screws defensively to tie up this NBA finals. The Warriors were basically in a do or die situation, knowing if they had lost the game and fallen behind in the series 3-1 it would be very difficult to beat a Lebron team 3 times in a row. The warriors are now back in the drivers seat, holding home court advantage, and have to hold serve in their home court so they can win the title.
On Tuesday I wrote that Golden State would win game 4 and they won handily. From start to finish they led throughout. Steve Kerr had his team ready. After going 50-7 during the season with the same lineup, he went small and started Iguodala. The thing is, in the NBA it’s all about match-ups and Steve Kerr was a mastermind tonight. Golden State finally found their rhythm offensively, with the small lineup and a way to quicken the pace which got them going. Lebron never found his groove tonight. Quite honestly, the Cav’s long ball was pathetic only going 4-27. The Cavaliers need to go back to the drawing board and they better come up with a hell of a plan for game 5 because the Warriors losing 2 in a row at home is quite tough. The game on Sunday has the Warriors favoured by 9. Honestly, I love getting points especially in these tight series. I’ll grab the 9 points and even make a small wager on the Cavs money line.
Tomorrow I will go with the Chicago Blackhawks in hockey at +100, depending where you play. Don’t forget to visit here daily where you will find my free pick.
Free picks record 1-0.
