Nba finals Game 5

After a two day break, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors took the court for what would be a decisive game 5. The boys from Ohio had a great first half. The role players like Jr Smith came up big hitting long ball after long ball and had 14 points at the half. Lebron was being Lebron and at halftime the Cavaliers were only down one point and looking like a team that could steal one on the road.

I got up off my couch happily thinking how well my boy Lebron was doing. The third quarter was much of the same, fighting, grinding, lead changing game going back and forth.

The tide changed in the fourth where the better bench team started to pull away. The Warriors went on a 11-3 run, and that started to wear down their opponents. With Lebron practically playing the whole game, he looked worn down and tired. I still don’t understand why Shawn Marion hasn’t been playing. In the end, the Warriors prevailed and now its do or die for the Cavaliers as the series switches venues to Ohio.

I really was looking forward to Lebron winning a title and closing the mouths of the non believers but it goes to show that one man alone can’t win. I still have faith in my boy. Now all they have to do is win the upcoming game, force a game 7, and then the gods can come down and help the Cavs win it.

My free pick of the day is the under 7-120 in Oakland vs San Diego game tonight.
